Food, Fun & Fizz - 'Seasonal Summer Specialities'
Our regular ‘Food, Fun & Fizz’ tasting evenings are described as “the best priced ticket in town”, and quite rightly so. Combining a blend of pop-up tapas style dining featuring award-winning Scottish artisan fine foods, a traditional wine tasting and some gourmet ”look what is on your doorstep” education. It’s guaranteed to be another sell out, so get your ticket as soon as you can!

What is included?
Your evening starts with a glass of fizz and canapés, followed by a multi-stage tasting menu that gives you a unique insight into some of our favourite Scottish artisan food producers. We know you want to know where your food comes from! This event celebrates producers from all over Scotland, giving you a chance to taste and choose your personal favourites. Perfect for friends, family, loved ones or with colleagues.
The accompanying wines from around the world will be shared with you during the wine matching masterclass from Pieter Rosenthal of Glasgow based Cork and Bottle.

A 2 hour fully arranged tutor-led tasting of Scottish artisan produce. Range of items can include fish, seafood, meat, poultry, game, vegetables, salads, oils/vinegars and sweet treats. A wine tasting can also be incorporated to complete a perfect night in! Costs depend on the product range selected, number of people and location of tasting. Minimum numbers 6.

Speciality Food and Wine Tasting. Food and wine have long been the perfect combination. Incorporates a speciality food tasting and wine tasting masterclass. Get ahead of the rest as you learn to match food and wine like true professionals.

Food Foraging in Spring / Summer / Autumn
Love the idea of food foraging but not sure where to start? We have the answer. His name is Tony and he is our expert forager.
This day event provides the perfect start to foraging in either spring, summer or autumn when a variety of natural, seasonal treats are abundant.
Lunch at an award winning restaurant and a visit to one of our artisan food and drink partners for a unique insight into their product complete these perfect days out.
Where?
We leave from Glasgow and meet Tony north of Edinburgh in the natural foraging ‘Kingdom of Fife’.
You can also meet us at the location in Fife if you would prefer (travel costs will be deducted).
