What does it take to create an authentic tasting event in Scotland? It’s hard to think of a better setting to deliver an informal tasting journey, exploring the fascinating story of Scotland’s iconic cuisine, than in a castle-like historic house dating back to the 15th Century. Luckily for me the beautiful Pitfirrane House; home of the Halkett family in Dunfermline, was the location chosen by the Rotary Club of West Fife for their recent social gathering.
