We are often asked so how do you choose which Scottish produce to showcase on your food and drink walking tours?  Well, it generally depends on the weather and who has arrived at Scotland's largest Farmers' Market. The Foodies Fringe

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe started today (2 August, running until 26 August) and is the largest and best open-access arts festival in the world, containing a wide range of shows and events.  Edinburgh is as crazy busy as it gets and it is a fabulous time to be in our capital city. Out and about on our Edinburgh Food & Drink Walking Tour yesterday we came across a huge number of advertising posters for the shows and events, many of which had references to food or drink.
