The concept of trust is prevalent every time you frequent a purveyor of food. You trust the quality, you trust the taste, you trust that you are not going to get ill! When you walk through the door of a restaurant you have therefore made a pact with the chef and how you feel on leaving, is totally in their hands. When we received the invite to attend the launch of TRUST at 111 by Nico (which is located in Glasgow’s West End) my immediate reaction was GENIUS.
